The province of Flemish Brabant has granted an investment subsidy of 50,000 euros to Health House. This will enable Health House to continue to fulfil its role as an exhibition platform on healthcare for the knowledge region of Flemish Brabant.
More and more, the world of health and care is determined by technology. Health House offers a platform on which partners can exhibit, learn or demonstrate their innovations and technologies or work with future trends in medicine and care themselves. Health House proves that Flemish Brabant is both nationally and internationally at the forefront of healthcare and the use of medical technology.
With the investment subsidy from the province of Flemish Brabant, Health House will purchase a mobile stand to use outside of Health House. The stand emphasis the atmosphere of Health House, with white walls and curtains and blue LED lights. There is room for two 'Virtual Reality' setups and screens on which these applications can be followed by visitors. There is also room for a ZORA robot. This stand will provide an appropriate representation of Health House at trade fairs and conferences.

The province of Flemish Brabant is also investing in additional functionalities for visitors to Health House. By using tablets, visitors in the various areas of Health House will be able to answer predefined questions in a kind of co-creation process with the end users.
Health House will not only become an experience centre for medical technology, but also a 'Living Lab'. In this way we will take the visit of a delegations to a higher level,
With this funding, Health House can also install a number of extras on the website to increase its visibility.
